Description and Applications

This Schottky Barrier Rectifier has been designed to meet the general

requirements of commercial applications. It is ideally suited for use

as:

• Polarity Protection Diode

• Re-Circulating Diode

• Switching Diode

• Qualified to AEC-Q101 Standards for High Reliability
